1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phksy ("phksy," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phksy website located at https://phksy.com, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the phksy Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that phksy may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

phksy reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phksy Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. phksy strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. phksy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The phksy Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phksy Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. phksy makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in all locations.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the phksy Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Submit to identity verification procedures as required by phksy, including submission of a valid government-issued ID.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phksy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phksy account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify phksy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

phksy will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from phksy that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phksy support immediately.

phksy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All bets and transactions made through your account while you are logged in — whether by you or by an unauthorized third party due to your negligence — are your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phksy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phksy reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the phksy cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your phksy account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. phksy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phksy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. phksy is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

phksy is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. phksy reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity. phksy may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phksy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phksy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual bonus terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.
• phksy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited to your account, any wagering already completed will be taken into account.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the phksy Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

phksy uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all non-live games, audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer.

phksy reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. phksy's decision on the validity of any bet is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phksy reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phksy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phksy Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phksy staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phksy Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phksy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phksy Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phksy Platform without the prior written consent of phksy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phksy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phksy Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

phksy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phksy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phksy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

phksy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. phksy provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phksy Platform.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

phksy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and phksy's anti-money laundering checks.

You may close your phksy account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

phksy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phksy Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phksy implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information. phksy will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phksy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phksy will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phksy Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phksy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through phksy's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phksy from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
